Leading in the Present, Defining the Future
“There is no greater joy than to watch someone realize they can change and grow.”
“I love that the workshops give each of us an opportunity to be fully present–fully present in the room, fully present with one another, and fully present with ourselves.”
“Whether you’re sifting through feelings to find logic, or searching for emotion among facts, this workshop helps you find balance between your heart and head. It makes for clearer decision making and connection, and I’m grateful to be able to help others experience it.”
“I love seeing people realize that they are not broken, but that they might be in their own way. Foundations gave me the courage to trust myself, choose what I needed, and be a better human in the world.”
“I love connecting with people! I’m able to apply my background in positive psychology in a high-impact way to help people achieve more peace and better relationships. There’s no better job in the world.”
“Going through this workshop was the pivot I needed to change my life. To be the best I can be. In facilitating I get to give that to everyone else. Wouldn’t you like to be the best you can be? Get rid of the narrative that is not working in your life?“
“I love the personal relationships that are built and fortified through authenticity. Being able to connect with others who simply need to be seen and heard fills my heart and feeds my soul.”
“I get to see how loving other people, no matter what our differences may be or what their challenges are, can lead to them finding their own answers to the road blocks in their lives.”
“Each workshop has changed my life in a way that deeply encouraged self-authenticity and self-awareness. I love participating in workshops because it offers an opportunity to walk alongside participants as each discovers themselves in a full and aware manner. Aware, authentic humans can be a torch for beautiful change.”

Dynamic Leadership In And Out Of The Workshops
“I am passionate about daily pursuing healing, growth, and true freedom, and it is an honor to live that as a facilitator and with those who continue on their journey with me as a life coach.”
“I get to live and be in my purpose and do the very thing I was put on this earth to do. There are so many opportunities to love and accept each and every person.”
“I enjoy meeting new people, loving them where they are at in the moment and encouraging them to be themselves. Then sending them off with a smile!”
“I love connecting and encouraging others to put the time into creating their best selves.”
“For me personally, I get a knowing deep within my core, that I really matter, that I’m needed, wanted and I can make a real difference in someone’s life.”
“My favorite moment is when a participant steps out of their head and is just totally present with their heart and body and speaks honestly to needs in their life.”
“I get to show up as me, fully me, and use my gift of empathetic listening to help other know and love their humanity.”
“I love watching a participant come into the workshop with a skeptical, cynical attitude (like I had when I attended), then seeing the smile on their face two days later, as they say ‘OK, you got me–this stuff really works!’”
“I walk away from each weekend with a reminder of what genuine affection and caring looks like–both from the presenting team to the participants and also for myself.”
